The reception staff were helpful , assisting with a take away breakfast due to our early departure. Access to the private sauna was great. The courtyard cafe created a superb vibe , proving very popular.
The gym felt a LITTLE claustrophobic.

the staff was so kind and thoughtful i felt cared for. the location was perfect close to many attractions and the access to the food hall was a dream. i especially loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel making it a nice stay.
the lack of air conditioning in my room during warmer days was an inconvenience i had to switch rooms to find relief. i hope they address this issue to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests regardless of the weather outside.

breakfast was a delight with a menu made to order and a plentiful buffet it started each day beautifully. the bar in the courtyard served very good cocktails adding to the romantic setting. quick access to the wonderful food hall was a true benefit.

This is a nice hotel with a great wine bar. we visited it twice . The perfect service from the sommelier, hannes, makes the place wonderful. he was very knowledgeable and attentive. hannes helped us find and try new wines to our liking, including some unexpected ones.
the rooms were quite noisy in the mornings because of street cleaning. i also found issues with cleaning , and it was hard to get a proper cleaning even when i asked multiple times.

Mediocre Stay, Some Issues Not Justified by the Price

I experienced several issues that detracted from my stay. The room assigned to me initially lacked freshness. It had a noticeably musty odor. Although the staff provided an air purifier while I had dinner, it did not resolve the problem. I had to push for a room upgrade to get a satisfactory space.. the housekeeping standards did not meet expectations. The bed was made, but the decorative pillows were left unarranged, and the bedspread remained crumpled to the side.
